1: Businesses who wish to obtain payment processing services from Chase Merchant Services must submit an application. All applications are subject to Chase’s standard approval policies and procedures, including without limitation credit approval and entering into a Merchant Agreement with Chase Merchant Services. Proof of membership status with Restaurants Canada will be required. 2: Your eligibility for a particular Payment Brand Interchange Program is dependent on the nature of your business as determined by Visa and Mastercard. If you are eligible for a specific Interchange Program, your Target Qualification Level will be set at the particular Interchange Program. The Merchant Discount Rate (“MDR”) applies to transactions that qualify at or below your assigned Target Qualification Level (“Qualified Transactions”).
