Restaurants Canada’s 2021 Discerning Diner taps into the minds of consumers to see what new dining habits Canadians have developed during the pandemic, and what restaurant owners can expect from consumers as the pandemic subsides. 

We asked more than 1,000 Canadians about their restaurant purchasing habits and compiled the data to bring valuable insights into the consumer mind. This report will help operators to better plan and strategize so that they can meet their guest expectations and improve their product offerings.
