Restaurant owners: How do you get millennials to like you?

With each new generation come new challenges. Today, many business operators and owners face the challenge of engaging the new generation of millennials. Firstly, what is a millennial? This is a word that is thrown around often, but the short version of what defines this group is a person reaching adulthood around the year 2000.

Millennials are a hot topic of conversation not only because they are the next generation up to bat, but they are replacing the Boomer generation. As key members of the hospitality industry, we know that it’s important to you to understand this new customer or employee as best as you can. Next month, on May 5th and 6th in Toronto, we will be taking part in the annual Canadian Restaurant Investment Summit (CRIS) at the Hilton Toronto Hotel.

The theme of this event is “Attention Brands: How Do You Get Millenials To Like You?” – demystify the millennial generation with the millennial expert, Curt Steinhorst speak in the keynote and Restaurant Canada’s Interim President and CEO, Donna Dooher kick off the summit.

Tickets are available, but act fast! More information on the event, dates, and program can be found here.
